Comixx is run by a small team and email is the only way to reach us. Please use the address that matches your reason for writing — it gets to the right place faster.
General enquiries
Broken or missing chapter images, pages that will not load, wrong chapter numbering, wrong cover art, a title filed under the wrong genre or status, duplicate entries, and anything else about how the site behaves. If you are reporting a problem with a specific page, including its URL will save a round trip.
Copyright and takedown notices
Do not send copyright notices to the general address — they may be delayed. Read the DMCA policy first: it lists everything a notice has to contain to be actionable, and the same address handles counter-notifications.
Privacy requests
Questions about what we store, or requests to access or erase data. Theprivacy policy explains what there is to begin with, which is very little: there are no accounts, and bookmarks and reading history never leave your browser.
What we cannot help with
- Requests to add a specific title on a deadline — the catalogue updates automatically and we do not take requests individually.
- Account, password or subscription problems. There are no accounts and nothing is ever charged; if something claiming to be Comixx asked you to pay or to log in, it was not us.
- Recovering bookmarks or history after clearing your browser data. We have no copy.
Response times
We read everything, but we cannot promise a reply to every message. Copyright notices and privacy requests are handled first.
