These terms apply to your use of Comixx. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

The service

Comixx is a free catalogue and reader for manga, manhwa and manhua. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no payments. We may add, change, move or remove any part of the site, including individual titles and chapters, at any time and without notice.

Content and ownership

All titles, characters, artwork, translations and related material are the property of their respective authors, artists, publishers and translation groups. Comixx does not claim ownership of any of it and does not grant you any licence to it. Nothing here transfers any right in a work to you.

If you hold rights in a work and want it removed, follow ourDMCA policy. We respond to valid notices and terminate access for repeat infringers.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the site or its images, whether by script, bot, or any other automated means, beyond ordinary personal reading.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with rate limits, caching, security measures or any other technical restriction on the site.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit anything obtained here.
• Frame, embed or hotlink the site or its images so as to pass them off as your own or to place them alongside your own advertising.
• Upload, transmit or link to malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its database.

We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or that any particular title or chapter will remain available.

The site links to and retrieves material from third-party sources. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comixx and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of this site is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence are not affected.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
